Custom Audience

Custom Audience WAWCD lets users broadcast messages directly through a CSV file without saving contacts, speeding up communication and making it more efficient. This streamlines the process, allowing users to load contacts from CSV and then send messages easily.

⚫ Click on the "Broadcast" feature on the WAWCD platform.

⚫ Pick a message template that you want to use in your broadcast.

⚫ Within Quick Audience, click the "Custom Audience" section, and insert or upload your contacts list using a CSV file.

⚫ Examine and confirm the imported contacts to confirm their accuracy.

⚫ Broadcast the message immediately without saving contacts.

⚫ Track responses and delivery directly from the WAWCD Dashboard.
