Export

The Export feature of WAWCD is allowing users to export their contacts using formats such as CSV, Excel, or VCard which will help users to make an easy management of data as well as accessibility. The feature offers customizable options for filtering and enhancing contacts that are exported.

⚫ Click on your "Export Contacts" section in WAWCD.

⚫ Select the category for contact (All Contacts, Chats Labels, or Groups).

⚫ Choose the contact type (Saved or not saved).

⚫ Select the preferred format of export: CSV, Excel Sheet Or VCard.

⚫ You can also enable additional filters like country codes labelling, the last message time-stamp depending on the needs of your organization (refer to the picture attached to see the options).
