WhatsApp Broadcast on WAWCD allows users to send messages, pictures, documents, videos or messages to multiple users simultaneously, all with the ability to maintain a separate communication channel to receive responses. This is a great way for businesses to connect to a large audience effectively.

⚫ Visit the "Broadcast" feature on the WAWCD dashboard.

⚫ Choose a template for your broadcast.

⚫ Select your audience type: Contacts Audience, Group Audience, or Quick Audience.

⚫ Fill the requirements and broadcast the content you want to share.

⚫ For scheduling a broadcast choose the desired day and hour, and then select "Schedule Broadcast. "

⚫ Monitor your scheduled broadcasts in the Analytical Report section.
