⚫ Select one of the "Contain Keyword" or "Match Keyword" to decide on the trigger's type.

⚫ Create the keyword or string which will trigger the process if the keyword is matched.

⚫ Designate a message template that will be used at the time of trigger.

⚫ For Premium users, you can add your company's description to allow ChatGPT-powered customized responses.

⚫ Check and test the workflow to make it seamless for automation that is triggered by keywords.
