WAWCD is an WhatsApp Automation and Marketing platform which enables companies to:

- Automate workflows
- Control the customer's communications
- Track campaign performance
WAWCD offers a platform for communication which lets our users manage, store, and make it easier to manage and organize chats with customers through WhatsApp.
We're committed to the protection of any personal information we handle for our customers.
WAWCD gathers Personal Data for the following objectives:
If you sign up for your account, or sign into your account using Google, we collect the following information:
- Name
- Address for email
- Google Account Profile Information (basic information only)
- Google OAuth2 credentials (token)
The information we collect can be used to help us:
- Authenticate your login
- Protect your account
- Access your dashboard
If you sign in using Google Sign-In, WAWCD accesses:
- Basic Profile Information
- Full name
- Address for email
- Google user ID
- Profile image (optional)
OAuth Token
- Created by Google for authenticating your account
- Securely stored
We will use Google users' data for:
- Authenticating your WAWCD account
- Preventing unauthorized access
- You will be able to identify yourself in the dashboard
- Important account or security information
We do NOT:
Sell Google information
Use Google data for advertising
Share Google data with other third party (except necessary technical partners)
Access or store Gmail, Google Drive, and other Google services
Make use of Google information to create user profiles that are not related to WAWCD functions.

WAWCD utilizes Google Login only for identity verification as well as account access.
When you use WAWCD, we may collect:

- Phone number
- WhatsApp business number
- Billing details
- Company information

- Providing the service
- Customer support
- Sending important updates
WAWCD processes:
- Contacts imported by users
- Chat messages sent via WhatsApp Cloud API
- Templates, automation triggers, and campaign data
- Delivery reports (read/delivered status)
Message Storage Policy (WhatsApp Cloud API):
Messages are stored only temporarily and automatically deleted after 30 days, as per WhatsApp Cloud API rules.
We collect statistical and analytical information such as:
- Login activity
- Feature usage
- Device/browser information
- IP address
Used to improve product performance and security.
- Data is stored on secure cloud servers.
- OAuth tokens are encrypted.
- Sensitive data is protected using industry-grade encryption.
- We actively monitor for unauthorized access and abuse.

Upon deletion, all your contacts, messages, campaigns, and account data are permanently removed, unless legally required otherwise.

You can request a refund within 15 days of your purchase. To request a refund, kindly send us an email at support@wawcd.com detailing the reason for your refund request. We appreciate your feedback and will process your refund as soon as possible. Please note that a refund will not be processed if you request too many number changes.
